Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, service, emirate, site location and project details. A company name is optional. Include only information needed to discuss the work.

Enquiries through WhatsApp

The form prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. It does not submit your completed form to a website database. Your details are included in the link used to open WhatsApp, so that service receives the prepared text when you continue. Review the message in WhatsApp and tap Send to deliver it to Apex Technical Maintenance. You can also start a chat directly using a WhatsApp button.

Apex uses information you send to respond, clarify the scope and discuss a quotation. Sending an enquiry does not book a visit or accept a quotation. WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy terms.

Website operation

This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as connection and request details, needed to deliver and protect the website. Contact links open WhatsApp or your email application.

To correct details you have sent or ask about your information, contact Apex on WhatsApp or email info@apextechnicalmaintenance.com. Please do not send passwords or identity documents.
